Paul made sure I was who I said I was (he apologised for the hassle of it but, of course, I’m very glad that they are careful about security) and then got to the bottom of the problem very quickly. He also checked whether I had any other issues (I had a question about the website, on which Paul advised me). When they say say “fanatical support” at the Hosting Pool, they mean it!
